On behalf of the North Texas Tollway Authority, please find the enclosed Notice of Termination
(NOT)for Storm Water Discharges associated with the construction of the Sam Rayburn
Tollway (SRT) Segments 1, 2, and 3 Landscape and Irrigation Improvements, authorized under
the Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit (TXR150000).
This notice is being provided to advise you of the termination of construction activities that could
have resulted in a discharge to your Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System in accordance
with the terms of TXR150000. If you have any questions concerning storm water management
