Water and Sanitary Sewer Availability
Dear Mr. Granlund:
This letter is in response to a request from you concerning the availability of utilities to the
property located at the southwest corner of Lakeshore Drive and Belt Line Road. The facilities
are located as follows:
Water
There is currently a 12" water line in the west right-of-way of Belt Line Road which extends
to approximately 1200 feet south of Lakeshore Drive. Also, there is a 12" water line in the
north right-of-way of Lakeshore Drive which connects to the water line in Belt Line Road.
Sanitary Sewer
There is currently an existing 12" sanitary sewer line in the west right-of-way of Belt Line
Road which flows to the north. The sewer line begins approximately 1200 feet south of
Lakeshore Drive. Also, there is a 12" sanitary sewer line in the south right-of-way of
Lakeshore Drive which flows from west to east. This sewer line connect to the 12" sewer line
located in Belt Line Road which then flows to the north.
As always, in the development of your property your engineer should determine whether the
utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or
storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
