RE: Proposed Riverview Estates (approximately 19 acres on the south side of Sandy Lake
Road east of Riverchase Drive
Dear Sir:
This letter is written in response to a March 5, 1997 request from Cheryl Moczygemba of Austin
Catbird, L.P. concerning the availability of utilities to this property. To the best of our
knowledge, the utilities are as listed:
Water
There is currently an existing 8" water line in the east right-of-way of Longmeadow Dr. which
has been stubbed out on Glade Point Dr. up to the property line of Eagle Point at Riverchase.
The 8" water line is part of a loop system that connects to a 12" water line in the south right-of-
way of Sandy Lake Road at Riverchase Drive.
Sanitary Sewer
There is currently an existing 8" sewer line stubbed out in the north right-of-way of Glade Point
Drive in the Eagle Point at Riverchase subdivision. This sewer line stubout flows to the west
and discharges into an 8" line that flows south in Longmeadow Drive.
As always, in the development of your property your engineer should determine whether the
utilities available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or
storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
