Description of Roofing Operations!
1. King of Texas began laying 4' x 8' panels of isoboard insulation on wet metal deck at 8:30 a.m. starting from the west end of the root' and working cast.
The deck was wet due to a misty fog occurring. The wet deck condition ,,,,'as brought to the attention of Rick Murphy of King of Texas and Mr. Mike
Sherpinskas of Diversified Construction and a recommendation was made to stop laying isoboard. King of Texas stopped laying isoboard at 8:45 a.m.
At 9:00 a.m. King of Texas began removing isoboard, at which time misty fog turned to a light drizzle and eventually to a rain. Some insulation boards
were being covered with plastic or roofing membrane during the rain. Covering of insulation boards ,.,,'as completed at 10:00 am. Mike Sherpinskas of
Diversified was notified that an inspection of all isoboard would be made on the next roofing day to check for wet materials. Three (3) loads of rock ballast
were delivered to the site.
2. Berbice Corporation continued to lay standing seam metal roof panels on the west end of the roof adjacent to the dormer. Standing seam roofing operations
were halted at 9:30 a.m. due to wet conditions.
