Results
On this date, September [3, 1994, a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced
project to perform the following services:
1. Column base plate grouting was inspected from grid lines 'A" to line "C". Several small areas where grout
was missing were brought to the attention of the contractor and corrected.
Our inspection was performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
