Results
On this date, September 23, 1994. a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced
project to perform the following services:
1. Radiused roof girder extensions are now welded properly to the supporting stub columns at line "A".
2. Radiused roof deck on front canopies have been welded to completion and are satisfactory.
3. Roof joists that had top chord damaged by burn holes have now been repaired by adding a round bar stock
length and welding in place.
4. The brick lintel angle along line "A" has been welded in place satisfactorily.
5. Tube beams at line #6.5 and #7.5 have missing top connection clip angles at columns.
6. The roof joist bottmn chord ends will be welded atier the roof dead load has been applied.
7. Above items were brought to the attention of project superintendent.
Field welds were visually examined for size and appearance. Our inspection was performed in accordance with
project drawings and specifications.
