Results
On this date, September 13, 1.994, a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced
project to perform the following services:
1. Reinspection was performed on roof metal deck
2. The radiused roof deck from line "A' to line 'C" has been reworked. We found that the areas previously
marked have been repaired satisfactorily.
3. The column base plates in above area are in the process of being grouted.
4. The radiused truss extension connections at line 'A" have not yet been completed.
5. The radiused roof deck at front canopy entry has not yet been welded to supports at each end.
Our inspection was performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
