Results
On this date, September 7, 1994, a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced
project to perform the following services:
1. The radiused roof metal deck was inspected from grid line mA" to line "C". Numerous places were marked
with red spray paint where puddle welds and side-lap screw's had been omitted.
2. The remainder of the flat roof metal deck was inspected frown line mC" to line "J" and was found to be
satisfactory.
3. The front canopy metal deck has not yet been completed.
Our inspection was perfi)rmed in accordance with project drawings and speci_fications.
