Rhett,
Do you recall an incident on 3/18/2009 at approximately 9:00pm on Coppell Road where a Ron Curran drove off into the
construction and needed to be towed out? He has submitted a claim for the towing expense, and I would like your
opinion on the adequacy of the barricades at the time of the incident.
