Description of roofing operations:
1. Arrived on site. roofing contractor had approximately 60% of Z-channeis attached using channel screws generally spaced at 12 inches on center
2. Roofer was cutting 4'xga/'~ Firestone insulation panels into 2' wide stripes and laying panels between connected Z-channels. several locations where gaps greater
than 3:8' wide were brought to the attention of the roofer and corrected.
3. Twenty 4' x 8' sections of plywood laid. Several locations where gaps up to 3/4' were brought to the attemion of the roofer and corrected through use of ripped
plywood strips. Plywood generally spaced cA' where sprips were not placed.
4. Contractor risked not covering insulation at the end of the day. No rain occurred, however this was brought to the attention of Mike Sherpinskas of Diversified
