Identitication Field Inspection of Structural Steel

Results
On August 4, 1994, a representative of GEE Consultants. Inc. was present at the above referenced project to
perfbrm the fbllowing observations:
1. Structural steel is currently being erected between line "A" and line
2. The radiused roof tresses and cross members are being fitted and erected.
3. We pointed out two full penetration weld joint preparations and recommended corrective action to comply
with AWSD 1.1.
4. The column base plates have been grouted at the north half of the building from grid line "C" to line ~J".
all anchor bolts are in place.
5. Field welds were visually examined for size and appearance.
Our inspection was performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
