Results
On July 29, 1994, a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced project to
perform the following observations:
1. The north half of building from line NC' to 'J' has been erected and continues to be worked.
2. The roof metal deck has been installed and is being puddle welded to supports. The side lap screws are
also being installed.
3. Perimeter deck angle is being welded to completion. Roof beam connections are also being welded.
4. Attached are copies of welders qualifications which were made available to us for review'.

5. Field welds were visually examined for size and appearance.
