The City of Coppell ITYand Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., (TNP, the
ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives,
enter into the following contract which amends the Professional Services
Authorization for the subject project, dated October 24, 2012.

1. This Amendment No. 1 revises the original Scope of Work to include:
LF of shoreline
along the north end of the lake. This additional shoreline
expands the project to encompass the entire shoreline of the lake (3,800 LF +/-).
2. The ENGINEER agrees to perform these additional design services in
accordance with the terms set forth in the Contract and this Amendment No. 1.
$15,500
3. The CITY agrees to compensate ENGINEER an additional amount of for
this change to the Scope of Work. More specifically, Article II of the Agreement;
and Compensation shall be revised to increase the
amount of Compensation as follows:
a. The total maximum fee for this Contract, Article II, Item 1 (pg 1), shall be
increased from $113,200 to $128,700
;
b. under Item I, Basic Services of Attachment C (pg 10), shall
be revised as follows:
I. BASIC SERVICES:
increase $11,600 from $72,900 to $84,500

increase $2,400 from $14,800 to $17,200

increase $1,500 from $15,500 to $$17,000
