You and/or other representatives from the City of Coppell are invited to attend a
presentation concerning the revisions to the Texas Utilities Code Title 5, Underground
Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act and plant damage concerns/issues. Jack
Garrett, Texas Excavation Safety System, Inc., will be the presenter. The meeting will be
held on Thursday, May 24 at 10 a.m. The meeting site is at AT&T Broadband, 1565
Chenault St., Dallas, TX 75228, in the Studio Building, which is adjacent to the main
building. Please come to the main building,to the Administrative Offices location—
there is a brown sign designating the Administrative Office location. Visitor parking is
available in front of the main building or by the Studio building. Please sign in with the
receptionist and explain that you are here for the TESS presentation. Someone from the
Construction Department will escort you to the Studio location. The presentation will
take around 30 minutes. There will be a question and answer session after the
