You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
1. Extend existing P.V.C. sleeving, approximately 40 LF, at median area on
Parkway Blvd. where median opening has been increased. This change
results in an add of

Extend contract completion date due to adverse weather conditions which
interfered with construction progress on the following dates: April 13,
15, 16, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30; May 1, 2, 3, September 14i October 11, 12,
14, 29, 30; November 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30; December 2, 3, 4, 10, 11,
12, 13. Total days noted thirty (30) less ten (10) already anticipated
results in an extension of twenty (20) calendar days.
Not valid until signed by both the Owner and Architect.
Signature of the Conlractor indicates his agreement herewith, including any adjustment in the Contract Sum or Contract Time.
