2, 3, and 4 to the Contract, which increase the Contract sum
to $161.00, $500.00, and $1,200.00 respectively. We have
reviewed these items with the Architect and recommend that
the City accept them.

Dear Wayne:
Following up our recent conversation about the proposed changes for the
Coppell .Town Center we would like to recommend that you accept the following
as Change Orders:
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $161.00 to add electronic
hinges to the jail entrances.
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $500.00 to alter the
monumental stair steel columns.
Change Order NO.' 4.in the amount of $1,200.00 to purchase
additional applied ceiling trim finishes as manufacturered
by Ragland Manufacturing.
We apologize for.the delay in this letter in that we were hoping to clear up
the lighting fixzure- situation in this group of proposed changes.
The electrical subcontractor has not been very responsive nor cooperative in
giving proper credits on the major expense fixtures. We will keep you updated
as to our final decision'on.this matter.
