Gentlemen:
Attached please find five (5) copies of Change Order No. 5 and
No. 6, signed by me. Please return a fully-executed copy of each Change
Order for our files.
We have signed Change Order No. 5 with no time extension. How-
ever, we must note for the record that we did request 25 days time exten-
sion for the light fixture changes in our Proposed Change No. 15. I have
talked to Blackmon Electric on February 6, 1986 and was advised that the
light fixtures will be on the Job in six to eight weeks. If these fix-
tures are late and we do encounter a delay, we are reserving our rights
for a time extension due to this delay.
