Drilled Piers -- Town Center
Dear Mayor Duggan:
This is to confirm conversations between Steve Goram and
yourself and Steve Goram and our office concerning the
addition of four drilled piers for the foundation of the
above referenced project.
We have verbally instructed Rick Bertani of O'Brien, O'Brien,
& Callaway to prepare a change order for approximately $2,000
to cover the above change, which was requested by the
Architect. The drilled piers were inadvertantly omitted from
the project plans. The change is necessary for the
completion of the project and immediate approval will save
approximately $700 in additional move-in costs.
We have, therefore, authorized the work per your concurrence,
subject to approval by the full Council. Please feel free to
contact me concerning the above.
