FIELD REPORT NO: Eight (8) ARCHITECT'S PROJECT NO: 8457 PROJECT: Coppell Town Center CONIRACT: General Construction DATE Dec. 19, 19~E WEATHER Clear, Cool TEMP. RANGE Mid 40°'s EST. % OF COMPLETION CONFORMANCE WITH SCHEDULE (+, --) WORK IN PROGRESS PRESENT AT SITE 1. The Contractor is continuing with his brick work, site work is also moving slowly due to the bad weather. 2. The metal decking will be speeded up as the General Contractor has stated that additional steel crews will be brought up to the site. They are behind on their.roofing. The plywood decking is going up now over the metal decking. The brick work is looking good. Progressing slowly though. Also due to the bad weather. Work was virtually stopped all last week, due to temperature and wet conditions. 4. The monumental stairs are up and continuing to be worked on. Ail work seems to be moving, but as soon as the roof is completed, then the interior work will be started immediately. No real problems were spotted. The Architect has some shop drawings that need to be finished up in the next day or two. The granite sample was approved and hand delivered to the site, given to Larry Lieneke. An A.S.I. and Proposal Request were also hand delivered to the site today. 6. The General Contractor was asked to look at relocating an exhaust duct opening through the floor at the second floor level to put it in the chase area between the two restrooms. The contractor said he would get back with me and see if it can be done.
