Re: Right-of-Way License Agreement for Telecommunication Fiber Optics
Dear Mr. Martin:
Thank you for your letter of May 15,2001.
This is to advise you that TCG Dallas, a subsidiary of AT&T Corp., is a certificated
telecommunications provider under Section 283 of the Texas local Government Code and
pays fees for use of public-right-of-way in accordance therewith. A copy of out
certification is attached to the Interim Public Right-of-Way use Agreement between
Coppell and TCG Dallas.
In view of the foregoing, it will not be necessary for there to be a License Agreement
between TCG Dallas and the City of Coppell, and you may remove the matter from the
May 22 City Council agenda.
