1. Y2K UPGRADE QUOTE:
HMI Software (Wonderware):
The Wonderware software you are currently running is Ver 5.6b. Wonderware recently
released documentation on the Y2K compliance of their product. Vet 5.6b was not
compliant therefore it is necessary to upgrade this version to the newest version Ver 7.0.
Ver 7.0 upgrade cost: $3000.00
Alarm Monitoring Software (SCADA!arm):
I&C Sales can install new soi~ware, SCADAlarm, that we consider to be more diverse
and "streamlined" than your current dialout so~ware, Teledac Win911. SCADAlarm is
Y2K compliant and voice capable. With this new sofb~vare your system would execute its
current functionality better while allowing you more features such as: voice dial out for
alarms (home phone or pager), dial in monitoring of your system, and dial in control of
your system (not available in Teledac Win911).
SCADAIarm software cost: $2600.00
HMI Computer Replacement Option:
Currently the HMI computer experiences "lock-ups" and slow operation from time to
time. As the system expands in size and functionality this will become more of a
hindrance. With this in mind we are including in this proposal a quote to replace this
computer with a computer meeting the following specifications: Gateway or Dell
Processor: Intel 450Mhz Pentium II w/512 cache
Memory: 128MB 100Mhz SDRAM expandable to 384MB

2.SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS OPTIONS:
Redundant FIU and WonderWare Computer:
By installing a new MOSCAD FlU, I&C Sales would add a redundant SCADA computer
at the Service Center. WonderWare would be installed on an existing city computer. The
new WonderWare would extract system data via the new FIU using Modbus. The new
FlU and SCADA computer operate in parallel with the existing FIU and would be able to
continue running the system in ease of a failure at the Village Parkway FlU or SCADA
computer. In the future, alarm dialout software could be added to the SCADA computer
for redundant dialout in case of system alarms. MATERIAL

Pricing is for specified products and services only and is valid for sixty
(60) days.
Payment terms to be net thirty (30) days. No retention terms.
Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year from system acceptance and shall include
cost to repair or replace returned damaged products which are found to be defective due
to a manufacturing defect and/or improper workmanship. As to all goods sold, no
implied statutory warranty of merchantability or of fitness for particular purpose shall
apply. I & C Sales shall only be liable for repair/replacement of defective products and/or
work provided by I & C Sales and in no event shall I & C Sales be liable for
consequential, incidental, or liquidated damages. I & C Sales shall not be responsible for
any equipment failure or mallunction resulting from uncontrollable outside sources
including but not limited to lightning, vandalism, third party alterations, etc..
