We know you and Ted are largely frustrated with the problems experienced with your SCADA system. IN our
last meeting, you explained you are considering replacing the entire system in part because you have been told
the current system is not year 2000 compliant.
We discussed your concerns year 2000 compatibility concerns informally with our electrical engineer, Mr. Joe
Kotrla, P.E. He produced the attached memo concerning MOSCAD RTU's and Wonderware software,
It appears the MOSCAD RYU and Toolbox supports dates up to at least 2037, Depending on your version of
Wonderware, either you don't have a problem (Wonderware version 5.6b, or version 6.0b) or an upgrade to the
current version is required if you have version 5.6 or 5.6a of Wonderware- In either case, it should not mean that
you have to start over with your SCADA System.
Please show this memo and attachment to Glen Holloway and Ted Dutt. If you or they have any question, please

Wonderwin has provided the following Year 2000 information on their InTough product:
1, Versions earlier than 5.6 ar~ not supp~md; them are no plans to provid~ oompliaae, e;' - .'
2, Vgrllon 5.6 and S.6a am not supported; an upgrad= to the current version is rf, quite, cL
3. Version 5.6b for WIN 3.11 and WIN 95 complies; there is a problem w/th the SPC and the

4. Venion 6.0b for WIN I~T is fully suplaortcd and tested for compliance. ..
