Dear Vicki:
I called _Mr. Dutt to discuss item's 2 & 3 wkich seem to be directly related to the pumps..My
findings were as follows:
ITEM #2 Must be related to the level switch or telemery'. The pump will pump
regardless what the level of water in the storage tank. As long as the eye of the
impellet is flooded. (,I am assuming that the "40ft." is at the suction side) Their
must be a signal that is shutling down the pump at the 40~. level. This is not a
pump fault.
ITEM #3 Mr. Dutt ad~4sed that this relates to the cone valve not the pump.
I did ask Mr. Dutt ifk will be convenient for him to visit the job site. He ad,/ised that the pumps
are not running and a visit now will not serve any purpose. However, he will let me know when
the pumps are to be started, so I can arrange a visit to insure that our pumps are operating
correctly.
