The City of Coppell is accepting
bids for Q-1013-02,SH 121 Water
Line Relocation.(Project No WA
10=04) The work shall consist of
the installation of approximately
5,900 LF of 12" C9001DR 14 PVC
Water Line along SH 121 from
Sandy Lake Road to North Coppell
Road and all appurtenant work
necessary to complete construc-
tion of the project.

Construction Plans, Construction.
Specifications.and.Contract Docu-

Sealed bids addressed to the Pur-
chasing Agent, City of Coppell,
Texas,.for the construction of SH
121 Water Line Relocation
(Project No.WA 10-04)will be re-
ceived in the Purchasing Office at
the City of Coppell Town Center,
255 Parkway Boulevard,until 10:00
a.m., October 29, 2013, and then
publicly opened and read aloud.
Each Bidder shall submit two iden-
tical copies of this bid with the City
of Coppell Bid No.Q-1013-02 des-
ignated clearly on the exterior of the
bid envelope.
A Pre-Bid Conference has been
scheduled for this project at the
Coppell City Hall at 10:00 a.m.on
October 22,2013. The conference
is not mandatory; however, all in-
terested bidders are strongly en-
couraged to attend.
The Owner reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waive
formalities. Unreasonable or un-
balanced unit prices will be con-
sidered sufficient cause for rejec-
tion TRANSMITTED BY FAX WILL BBE
ACCEPTED.
All bids received will be presented
to the City Council, at which time
the City reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all bids.
