I was wondering how many more bids you are going to do since this project was imn the plan for the last 5 years and is
bbeing post-poned every year.. Maybe it is good idea to actually do something for Coppell residents not constantly

When City officials actually will take care of the neighborhood that is fogoten and due long time ago?
