Keith,
I wanted to give you an update on Bethel road Phase III. I received an email from John Dutschmann with Hanson
today. John talked to some of his guys and informed me that he did not see a significant construction time decrease
with the installation of the crownspan vs. box culverts. Based on the information we’ve attained, we are going to
proceed forward with the box culverts installation. Please contact me if you have any issues with this.
