Caleb,
I'm in class today and tomorrow, but I do want to discuss this. I agree that it sounds like the box culvert may be the way
to go. I still have reservations about using pre-cast boxes, and I don't think we are going to be able to close the road.
The problem I see with the schedule is we still have utilities to relocate. I'll send out the pre-final plans when they come
in, but I expect they will need about 3 months to move.
I'll call you on Friday to talk about this.

I wanted to give you an update on Bethel road Phase III. I received an email from John Dutschmann with
Hanson today. John talked to some of his guys and informed me that he did not see a significant
construction time decrease with the installation of the crownspan vs. box culverts. Based on the
information we’ve attained, we are going to proceed forward with the box culverts installation. Please
contact me if you have any issues with this.
