Phillip, the City has resurrected the Phase 3 of the Bethel Rd reconstruction. I am going to put the plans together and
get them out either today or Monday.
It’s basically taking out the existing HMAC road, widening, putting in a storm drain system and then a concrete road.
They want to construct the project in late summer / early fall of this year (2013).
I want to start working on it. Plans are at 95% or more.
I’ll get those out shortly.
