Keith,
Just to follow up our conversation Friday. We can accomplish the drainage analysis/impacts and the adding of additional
parking for $9,000. I did want to make you aware, based on our cursory review, we don’t feel the additional parking will
have a major increase on the water surface elevation. However, if the additional parking does increase it significantly, it
will require additional services for mitigation options.
Let me know if you want me to send over a contract amendment.
