We raised the SD profile due to constraints with the Old Town Project. They have clearance but need to make sure they hit the correct elevation. b.Pullbox at northeast corner of Mitchell/Bethel is located within existing concrete sidewalk from Old Town project 2.Should our conduit plan be revised to match Verizon (all PV sheets)? 3.PV-12 (current PV-5) a.Boring west of Coppell Rd crosses existing 36” RCP (not shown on this plan). Top of pipe at roughly 507.5 (~48” from ex ground). b.Fiber alignment appears to conflict with Old Town Coppell’s traffic signal improvements c.Bore across Coppell Rd crosses Ex 12” WL top of pipe = 505.60 d.Road STA 3+35 – Proposed inlet may be in conflict with fiber alignment e.Plan should show 5-10’x8’ boxes (not 4) with US FL = 495.72 and DS FL = 495.51 f.Just N of culvert crossing – fiber alignment conflicts with existing SSMH.
