Looks like most all comments have been addressed. Other than concern with the bores, only three comments:
General: There is a note stating to Pot Hole City SS & Water Line before Bore is made. Need to add Storm Drain as well.

a.Line crossing north side of Mitchell shows to go through barrier free ramp, crosswalk, etc. How is this
installed?
2.PV-6
a.Cross box will be in conflict with proposed parking stalls (not yet designed)
