There are some areas where our current topo is lacking pertinent information, such as the fence for the Cemetery, the Tate house, etc. In needing to do this, does the City of Coppell have a process or letter that you would like for us to use in requesting right-of-entry from these property owners? Secondly, in order to move forward on some of our design, we need to begin making some decisions on some items. I understand that we may not be able to have all of these decisions made right away, but any of these answers will be able to help us continue to be efficient with our effort. The major items are as follows: 1.Decision on the Hardman / Sorokwasz driveway (median opening).  In a previous email (dated 9/17/12), we recommended that the Hardman property does not get a median opening. Also, as we discussed in our meeting last week, that the interim design also does not build a median opening for the Sorokwasz property. 2.Decision on Alford Media driveway location  I understand that this is contingent on getting a meeting with the property owner set up. Currently, we are planning on moving forward with the median opening in the ultimate location, unless further directed by you or the property owner. 3.Decision on slope vs. retaining wall at Wagon Wheel Park  We feel that the best design would be to build the retaining walls as shown on our exhibit that we sent in our email dated 9/18/12. 4.Information on the light standard that the City of Coppell would like to use for bridges. 5.Decision on fire hydrant locations and spacing  My understanding is that you were going to confirm the locations with the Fire Marshall. 6.Direction on 12” water valve spacing/locations  Does the City of Coppell want to be able to isolate every 8” water feed or fire hydrant? Or is there a maximum number of fire hydrants/service lines that can be affected by the 12” water line being shut down?  Currently, our design is showing a large number of 12” water valves; and I wanted to confirm if this is the correct design for the City. 7.Decision on access driveway for detention pond at Amberpoint property Let me know if you need any additional information to aid in making these decisions. I will be out of the office on Friday, but you can contact me on my cell phone at 214-587-5629 or by email if you would like to discuss any of these items further. Thanks and have a great weekend.
