Can you give me a short update on this project? Is all of the ROW secured? How about the utility easements on the
west side of the new road for the water line? Do I need to put my new poles on the new ROW line on the west side
of the road, even though there shows to be a new sidewalk in that area? What kind of timeline are we looking at?
