On June 17, 1994, reinforcing steel was inspected at the following locations by a
representative of GEE Consultants, Inc.:
1~t floor slab on-grade-west half of building
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Charlie, a
representative of J.L. Burney Construction:
1. Dowels in construction joint to be placed later
2. Chairs to be placed later
The above discrepancies will be corrected as noted prior to concreting. Concreting not
scheduled on this date.
