Identification Shop Inspection @ WeeBe Industries - Fort Worth, Texas
Method of Test Visual Inspection
Results
On this date a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced
fabrication plant to perform visual inspection of fabricated structural steel.
1. On arrival the shop drawings and specifications were reviewed. Copies of the welders
qualifications were not available in the shop office and will be submitted at a later date.
2. Sequence/ti structural steel is in various stages of fabrication, to include tubular
columns, angles, channels and beams.
3. Nine 6" diameter galvanized columns #26C 1 which are finished were found to be
satisfactory..
4. The shop welds were visually examined for size and appearance and were found to be
acceptable. Workmanship is progressing in a satisfactory, manor.
Our inspection was performed in accordance with.p.r, oject drawings and specifications.
