On June 1, 1994, reinforcing steel was inspected at the following locations by a
representative of GEE Consultants, Inc.:
Grade Beams: GB-7 at J-3, J-5 and GB-3 at K-6.2, K-7.7
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Charlie, a
representative of J.L. Burney.
Missing #4 tie at J-4
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
