Results
On May 3 I, 1994, reinforcing steel was inspected at the following locations by a
representative of GEE Consultants, Inc.:
Pier Caps at: A-4, A-5, A-6, A-7, A-8, A-9, A, 10, A-Il, L-6.5, and L-7.5
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Mike Sherpinskas, a
representative of Diversified Construction.
No cartons used
Pier caps shortened - only 3 #3 ties @ 6"
- Cuttings removed as directed
Due to only 3" of pier cap overhang beyond the pier, no carton forms were used. The
remaining discrepancies were noted or corrected.
