Results
On this date a representative of GEE Consultants, Inc. was present at the above referenced project to
perform the fbllowing services:
1. Fabricated structural steel members have been delivered to job site. Listed below is a partial
listing of structural members that were visually examined:

The shop welds were visually examined for size and appearance and were tbund to be satisfactory.
There was no damage noted as a result of shipping and off loading.
2. A number of columns have been erected and are being prepped for encasement in concrete. The
tubular columns have been plumbed up and the base plates have been grouted.
Our inspection was pertbrmed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
