Cozby Library Coppell, Texas Testing Budget Dear Mr. Sherpinskas: As per your request of June 3, 1994, we have reviewed the enclosed mix design data tbr the above referenced project. The purpose of our review was to determine conformance with plans and specifications of a back up concrete mix to the TXI mix currently being used. Based on the data provided, the proposed mix design materials are in general conformance with plans and specifications. It should be noted, however, that statistical strength data has been provided for the months of December, January, and February. During cool months, placement temperatures are lower and compressive strength data higher for a given mix. We trust this meets your needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
