application has been reviewed by the ADMINISTRATOR and it is his determination that the
proposed development IS located within an identified flood plain of Grapevine Creek .
The ADMINISTRATOR has reviewed plans and specifications of the proposed development for
conformance with the development standards required by C01'PELL flood plain management
regulations. You are hereby authorized to proceed with the following described work:
Grapevine Creek Drainage Improvements including Drop Structure & Channelization
on the following described property:
Gateway Business Park, Coppell, Texas
To maintain compliance with the development standards of COPI'ELL CLood plain management
regulations and to eliminate or minimize flood damage potential to the proposed development, __
you are hereby directed to construct your proposed development in accordance with the
following special provisions:
N/A For residential structures, the lowest floor (including basement) must be elevated to
two (2) feet above the 100-year base flood elevation. Minimum finished floor
elevations must he shown on the plait for the development as approved by the City
