TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On June 26, Mr. B.J. Brewer, submitted information for a Letter of Map Amendment
(LOMA) for property located at 650 N. MacArthur Boulevard (Tract 4, Creek Ben
Estates), Coppell, TX. After review of the information submitted, this Office
will be issuing a LOMA for that portion of Tract 4 as described by the Metes and
Bounds Description prepared by T. W. Barrow, R.P.L.S., dated June 22, 1995 (copy
enclosed) . We anticipate having the LOMA completed no later than June 30, 1995.
