FIELD NOTES FOR:
A part of the W.A. Trimble Survey, Abstract No. 1268, and more
particularly being a part of Tract Four (4) of CREEK BEND ESTATES,
an Addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, formerly
located within Denton, County, Texas according to the Map or Plat
thereof recorded in Cabinet B, Page 52, of the Plat Records of
Denton County, Texas and being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a 1/2"iron rod situated 458.73 feet North from the
most Southerly Southeast corner of Tract Four (4) , said iron also
being the Northwest corner of Tract Three (3) , and being an ell
corner of Tract Four (4) ;
Thence West 130.88 feet to a point for corner in the West line of
Tract Four (4) ;
