Keith and John,
The plans are coming together nicely. We had an internal QA/QC meeting this afternoon in which we some really good
dialogue regarding a few key design features. I should be able to reflect all of the appropriate changes in time for a
submittal by Tuesday morning. Along with the submittal, I will also include a few questions for your feedback on
aesthetic and maintenance related items. Additionally, I understand this project is a top priority. I will make every
effort to allocate resources accordingly until it is complete.
John,
Tim mentioned that Dunaway would like to discuss the wall with me, as it relates to the Master Plan. I assume we will
proceed with the Preliminary Design submittal next Tuesday, and address Dunaway’s comments in the next phase of
design.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or need any information prior to the upcoming submittal. It’s been a
