John,
One question from our internal review is- why have a two tiered wall near the spillway? Best I can recall I pitched that
option more for aesthetics, but I can’t recall anything that necessitates it. Are you guys still in favor of sloped concrete
riprap and grading around the spillway? We would still need railing and probably stamped concrete…to help prevent
skateboards and enhance the appearance.
