Being under water after construction shouldn’t be a problem. Not a problem on the Bid number. And I’ll add the CRDC president to the cover sheet. Regarding the other two items: 1)Lead time – usually within 2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Color should not delay the turn-around. 2)Base pad compaction – 95% percent compaction is needed, as we have it specified. High moisture needs to be either dried out or removed and replaced. However, the wall is expected to shift slightly with the soil, and the structural backfill does a good job of holding the wall together. 1 Kyle Dykes, P.E., CFM StormWaterGroup 1100 Macon Street Fort Worth, Texas 76102 817.336.5773 Main 817.665.7171 Direct kdykes@tnpinc.com 2
