Addendum items include:
1) The leveling pad may be crushed rock, crushed concrete, or unreinforced concrete.
2) Temporary irrigation can tap into existing irrigation with no meter.
3) City will cover inspector overtime for Unit's A1 and A2.
4) The wall color will be Milsap blend, as designated by Pavestone.
