Show all the adjacent property driveways, paving and label the distance to proposed driveways and intersections. 3. Show the on-street parking on the utility plan. 4. The on-street parking will need to be maintained by the property owners and included in a license agreement approved by council. 5. Where does the fire line loop to? 6. Provide traffic analysis. 7. ADA barrier free ramps will need to be provided at the intersection of Kimbel and Village. 8. Stamped concrete at the driveway on Village Pkwy will need to be included.
