0.76 acres of property located at the northeast corner of S. Denton Tap Road
and Bethel School Road, at the request of David Hayes, Hawkeye Commercial.

AFTER P&Z
1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The driveway radius should be a minimum of 20’.
3. How will the mutual access continue to work?
4. Access cannot be cut off to the existing properties.
5. Show the existing driveways on Bethel School.
6. If you are re-doing the driveway off of Denton Tap, you will need to provide stamped
concrete.
7. Drainage should be collected onsite and not runoff onto Denton Tap or Bethel School.
8. The sewer service for the gas station and car wash may cross your property.
