AFTER P&Z
1. Why do we have the hike and bike trail as an X- Lot owned by the City, can we just
make it a hike and bike trail easement?
2. Approval from TXDOT for the street connection should be provided.
3. Include the minimum finish floor for the lots closest to the floodplain, they should be a
minimum of 2 feet above the BFE.
