Keith,
Before I complete my review I have a quick comment. A brief reading of the letter leads me to believe that survey and
design of the project is about to take place, and that proposed improvements will be coordinated with the residents. I’ll
proceed with my review but we may want to give more indication that heavy construction equipment will be present in
the coming months, and possibly say something about the park work as well, since it is shown on the attached
map. Does this sound reasonable?
